I would like to express my sincere gratitude, especially to Dr. Tomáš Záhora, who took care of me after significant difficulties I experienced with recurring colon inflammations. During our first meeting before the surgery, we discussed everything openly, and he explained everything thoroughly, ensuring I understood the procedure. 

Furthermore, I would like to extend my sincere thanks to the nurses on Surgical Department B, where I was hospitalized.

They are truly exceptional professionals, and their care made me feel exceptionally comfortable. 

I must also acknowledge the ICU department; the staff were consistently cheerful. I highly commend the work they perform. The atmosphere felt very supportive and caring, and my gratitude extends to everyone I encountered.

I have taken the liberty of compiling a brief retrospective in the attachment, detailing my hospitalization experience. 

Once again, I thank Nemocnice Na Františku for the seamless management of my colon surgery. My deepest gratitude.

I would like to express my gratitude to Dr. Zapletal and the nurse who was on duty with him on Friday, April 3, 2026.

That evening, my 10-year-old son suffered an injury, breaking both of his front teeth, and on the way to the hospital, we were very worried about how things would proceed. Not only were we attended to almost immediately, but everyone was also very kind to us. The doctor explained everything to my son, spoke to him kindly throughout, and comforted him when he started to cry. I also appreciate that he immediately calmed me down, because even though it might not have been obvious, I was under immense stress. 

According to our dentist, he was treated excellently. Today, we are awaiting the dental reconstruction, and I am confident that it will turn out well. 

Unfortunately, we have encountered various situations at emergency rooms in Prague (at other facilities). I come from a family of doctors and know that it is not an easy profession (especially on a holiday evening), which is why I particularly value such a kind and humane approach.

I would like to express my thoughts regarding my hospitalization in the Department of Plastic Surgery. I have undergone several operations to date, but my experience with this department truly deserves commendation.

My procedure was performed on Monday, October 27. It was a plastic surgery of the wrist under local anesthesia. All the staff who cared for me before and after the procedure truly deserve recognition and thanks; their approach was absolutely professional. However, the person who deserves my greatest gratitude and admiration is Dr. Englsová. Her impeccable work from start to finish is truly amazing. Her incredible skills, approach, interest, and determination to help me with my long-standing problem truly impressed me and gave me peace of mind that someone would finally help me. And indeed! What Dr. Englsová demonstrated in the operating room was incredible; these are not pleasant moments, but in her hands, I felt truly at ease!!! She herself calmed me down and informed me during the operation, and overall, I felt confident being under her care. After the planned procedure, she revised the tendons and inter-tendinous spaces and even found another problem, which she promptly resolved. Throughout the entire procedure, she performed like a perfect machine. And the scar? Almost invisible, perfected to the very end. She provided me with peace during the operation. Dr. Englsová truly deserves immense admiration and my profound thanks, which I will, of course, convey to her personally.

If healthcare functioned on all fronts as your plastic surgery department does under the care of Dr. Englsová, then all patients would surely look forward to their hospitalization….

Many thanks to the entire department, and the greatest thanks to Dr. Englsová; she has golden hands and a heart of gold….

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the entire team of nurses, the head nurse, and the orderlies of Surgical Department A. My thanks also extend to MUDr. Dvořáčková, Ms. Barbora Fišerová, DiS, and Prof. MUDr. Martin Matoulek, PhD., who are assisting my daughter with preparations for bariatric surgery. I have been hospitalized here with my daughter from January 22 to February 5, 2026. My daughter is severely autistic with numerous other health complications. The staff here treats us, especially my daughter, with great affection; they dedicate their time to her and are full of smiles, willingness, and patience. I know this will not help the ladies financially, but I hope it will warm their hearts. Thank you all very much once again.

I wish to express my gratitude for the exceptional approach of your dental emergency service. On Wednesday, February 4, 2025, I arrived with a molar that was causing extreme pain.

Both the doctor and the nurse performed an excellent job! 

Their exceptionally humane approach was truly remarkable! Upon admission to the examination room, they promptly inquired about allergies and immediately commenced treatment. Throughout the procedure, they kept me informed about each step and provided clear instructions, all while maintaining a very kind demeanor. The experience at your facility is vastly superior to that of other emergency services. Dr. Kováčová and the accompanying nurse were absolutely outstanding!
