- You can order prescription medications online via the form at erecept.pilulka.cz —simply enter your e-prescription code and select “Nemocnice Na Františku – Institutional Pharmacy,” and you can then conveniently pick up your medications from us (we are open 24 hours a day)
- Sale of over-the-counter medications and related products (e.g., dietary supplements, enteral nutrition – Nutridrink)
- Dispensing of medications based on prescriptions to other healthcare facilities
- Advice on Self-Care
- The option to order medications and other products in person or by phone for a specific date

Emergency Department
During on-call hours (Mon–Fri, 5:00 p.m.–8:00 a.m., weekends, and holidays), medications and medical supplies are dispensedthrough the pick-up window; please ring the bell.
The main entrance to the hospital is locked in the evening and at night, so please ring the bell located on the hospital entrance door. If necessary, call the emergency number at 771 273 479.
When purchasing over-the-counter medications, dietary supplements, and other goods not subject to price regulation during on-call hours, customers are charged a one-time on-call surcharge of 50 CZK. This surcharge does not apply to the dispensing of prescription medications or medications purchased with a prescription voucher.
History
The pharmacy is one of the oldest departments in the hospital. The first records of a pharmacy operating at our medical facility date back to 1624. The pharmacy was originally located on U Milosrdných Street, next to the Church of St. Simon and St. Jude. The original appearance of the building is still evident today.
