Emergency Department
During on-call hours (Mon–Fri, 5:00 p.m.–8:00 a.m., weekends, and holidays), medical supplies are dispensedthrough the pick-up window upon ringing the bell.
The main entrance to the hospital is locked in the evening and at night, so please ring the bell located on the hospital entrance door. If necessary, call the emergency number at 771 273 479.
When purchasing over-the-counter goods not subject to price regulation during on-call hours, customers are charged a one-time on-call surcharge of 50 CZK. This surcharge does not apply to the dispensing of medical devices with a prescription.
