Maximizing the benefits of optimal pharmacotherapy leads to a reduction in the incidence of adverse effects and associated cost-effectiveness.
As part of the multidisciplinary team of the healthcare facility, clinical pharmacy contributes not only to optimizing pharmacological patient care but also to ensuring safe operations through supervision of drug handling.
