Glycated hemoglobin(HbA1c): Indicates the average blood sugar level over the past 2–3 months.

Important vitamins and minerals: You’ll find out if you’re getting enough vitamin B12 (essential for the nervous system), iron (ferritin), and minerals like calcium and magnesium, which are essential for your bones and muscles.

General Health: A complete blood count and total protein levels will give you basic information about your physical condition.

ALT, AST: Important liver tests that show whether your liver is functioning properly or is overworked.

Anti-HAV IgM: This test is specific for the detection of acute hepatitis A virus infection. A positive result indicates an active infection.

  • Energy and Nutrition: Find out how you’re doing with key minerals (iron, magnesium) and how your body manages energy (glucose).
  • Cholesterol: A key factor in assessing the risk of heart disease, which is important for anyone who plays sports.
